①围挡封闭不严,未实现现场全封闭;

②围挡未设置警示灯、企业 CI 或安全标牌标语等;

③围挡基础不稳固,固定方式不牢靠。

整改措施:

①对所有破损、开口处重新设置全封闭围挡,确保满足高度要求;

②在转角、主要道路路段等区域加设警示灯,设置企业 CI 或安全标牌标语等;

③优先选用彩钢板、砌体等硬质材料设置围挡;

④加固围挡基础,加强日常巡查检查。

原因分析:

①安全费用投入不足,围挡选型、材质标准低、质量差;

②基础和支撑方式设置稳定性差;

③围挡设置后,项目管理人员日常巡查检查不足。

管控措施:

①合理设计、设置围挡,保证安全费用投入,必须符合属地要求,展示企业形象;

②围挡安装过程中加强监管,安装完成后验收合格方可投入使用;

③项目管理人员加强对围挡设施的检查和维修。
