前言

根据住房和城乡建设部《关于印发 <2017年工程建设标准规 范制修订及相关工作计划》的通知)(建标〔2016〕248号)的要求, 标准编制组经广泛调查研究 ,认真总结实践经验,参考有关 国际标 准和国外先进标准,并在广泛征求意见的基础上,制定本标准。 本标准的主要技术 内容是 :总则 ,术语 ,原料 、辅助材料、燃 料 , 物料储存及准备 ,冶炼工艺,冶金计算,主要设备选择,厂房配置。 本标准由住房和城乡建设部负责管理,由中国有色金属工 业 工程建设标准规范管理处负责 日常管理工作,由中国恩菲工程技 术有限公司负责具体技术 内容的解释。执行过程 中如有意见或建 议,请寄送中国恩菲工程技术有限公司(地址:北京市复兴路 12 号,邮编:100038)。

1 总 则

1.0.1 为统一锢冶炼回收工艺设计标准,促进技术进步与创新, 提高设计质量及生产效率,做到安全生产、保护环境,制定本标准。 1.0.2 本标准适用于新建、扩建和改建锢冶炼 回收项 目工艺设 计 。1.0.3 锢冶炼回收工艺设计应符合下列规定: 1 采用经济、适用、可靠的先进工艺、先进 设备和新材料;
2 提高机械化、自动化程度; 3 锢回收率指标达到先进水 平;
4 满足安全和环保要求; 5 有价金属综合回收。
1.0.4 生产过程中的原料、辅助材料、副产品及能源等应设有计 量设施。 1.0.5 锢冶炼回收工艺设计除应符合本标准外,尚应符合国家现 行有关标准的规定。
